This page outlines the process for a straightforward referral. There are clinical and logistical circumstances when other pathways are followed, and we will direct the calls appropriately when you ring-in.

| Transport nurse will take brief details and if needed set up a call conference with referring unit medical team, transport consultant + registrar and any other relevant professionals
